Was it just one of those unresolved accidents, or has anything come out of it locally to suggest what went wrong? Any unusually rough weather at that time?

Dont get me wrong, capers was a tropical 7 degrees with excellent vis of upto and including 5 metres in parts.
Maybe it wouldnt have been too bad if i was not such a tight arse and bought myself a drysuit.
Only a week left till myself, Hopper and our famill...

| Spanish Diving Laws ?? | | Mon Dec 31, 2007 10:04 am by bcbeancounter | Anyone come across strict laws on diving medicals for Spain?
I am diving in Fuerteventura in February (with Deep Blue) and they are insisting on a diving medical.
Seems a bit extreme to me, given that in La Manga, Lanzarote and with Geoff & Co, all I've needed to do is complete the standard disclaimers and questionnaires.

Latest experience - had “fully serviced” mid Jan 08, cost £72.00. Worked ok on holiday for ten dives, ‘cept octopus started free flowing unless effort adjuster cranked right down (would just about work in an emergency).
Got ‘em home, pressured up and fresh water soaked for several hours. Octopus still naf, and 2/3...

While engrossed in taking photographs, his buddy gets in trouble and dies, could he or she be sued for negligence  I say yes because we are together to keep each other safe. If not you may as well dive solo. Whats your views
